Warm up your winter with pre-made soup mixes.
Soup Mix serves (6 - 8 people)
Chop: 1 onion, 3 carrots, 2 celery sticks
Saute: Onion over medium heat, add carrots and celery once onion softens.
In the meantime: Heat 2 cups of water - bring to a boil.
Add: sauted veggies and soup mix, stir
Let all the ingredients simmer for 45 mins, (add more water if you prefer a thinner texture)
Remove Bay leaves & serve warm.
Note: You can easily change up the recipe by adding other veggies while sautéing.
